I don’t mean to intrude on this, but honestly, what it comes down to is that not everyone is so resilient. For some, it may take quite a while to get over and to learn how to deal with difficult situations, yet others might be able to bounce back automatically. I understand it may be frustrating that some don’t share the same resiliency that you do, but you can’t change that. We all need to acknowledge and accept that we are each individuals with different stories and varying strengths and weakness.
